Dwayne is the pastor in charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is also a believer for training future generations of biblical counselors. He is a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). His wife Leslie has three children.
