Richard B. Cheney a notable public servant and entrepreneur is vice president of the United States. Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born January 30, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, he moved along with his parents to Casper located in western part of Wyoming and his father ran the district for soil conservation in Casper to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
